Sawgrass Subdivision


Sawgrass subdivision is a 141 acre residential subdivision with a 12 acre commercial corner. The subdivision was constructed in four phases. Phase I and a part of phase II were completed in 2003. Phase III was completed in 2004 with the final phase being completed in 2005. The subdivision includes several lakes along with green belts and pedestrian trail systems.
