The Structural Division of HDC Engineering, HDC Wickersheimer Engineering, was formed in 2008 through the merger of two leading Central Illinois structural engineering firms - Wickersheimer Engineers and Eta Engineers.

HDC Wickersheimer Engineering offers a full range of creative and cost effective engineering services for the structural design or assessment of buildings. The breadth and scope of the structural services provided by the experienced staff and resources of HDC Wickersheimer Engineering are based on years of working together with architects, contractors, developers and owners throughout central Illinois, across the nation and around the world on a wide spectrum of projects.

Our objective is to apply our skills toward structural solutions that creatively integrate and enhance the architecture. Our full structural engineering services range from the initial structural planning phase, learning the client's requirements, through the construction administration phase; monitoring quality control.

HDC Wickersheimer is the innovative result of the merger of two engineering firms, Eta Engineers and Wickersheimer Engineers, under the umbrella of HDC Engineering. Wickersheimer Engineers, established in 1977, and Eta Engineers, founded in 2006, combined in 2008.
