In 2006, James Sims, PE, SE, joined The Devonshire Group to lead the Structural Engineering Division of Eta Engineers. Eta Engineers merged with Wickersheimer Engineers in 2008 to form the HDC Wickersheimer division of HDC Engineers, LLC. James has experience in all phases of structural design for new construction, renovation, and forensic investigation projects.
