David Wickersheimer, SE


Mr. Wickersheimer is involved in the firm's marketing and client relations, as well as the administration of its structural projects. He has more than 30 years of professional experience that includes work in a wide variety of structural systems in all structural materials. This expertise has led to his development of structural planning, which is incorporated into the engineering process by the entire structural staff at the beginning of each project. As an educator Professor Wichersheimer taught structures for 34 years within the School of Architecture at the University of Illinois in Urbana/Champaign. His professional experience brought real live situations to the classroom. His combined background has made him a valuable leader and teacher with the engineering team. He is actively engaged in forensic engineering, troubleshooting building problems and performing structural evaluations.
