Condominium Surveys


Condominiums are surveyed to establish ownership rights within buildings. A survey is performed on the tract of land, extension of the building, and interior sides of the building. Boundary lines are created inside the building along walls that separate individual unit ownership from commons areas owned by a condominium association.
