He has worked in this field since 1967, and his experience includes ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, route surveys, control surveys, condominium surveys, land planning, subdivision construction stakeout and FEMA elevation certificates.

IDOT District 3 Job No. R-93-052-01 (119/022)
Director of Surveys for $200,000 contract during 2001 - 2003. Work included property and right-of-way surveys, preparation of right-of-way plans, premise plats and descriptions for various projects in IDOT District 3.

Des Plaines River Basin LADAR map
Provide control surveying for LADAR mapping of Des Plaines River Basin in Illinois and Wisconsin for FEMA flood studies and mapping.

Chicago O'Hare International Airport
Performed control survey at O'Hare Airport for runway and land-use studies.

Jacobs Engineering Group/Chanute Air Force Base
Project surveyor for environmental study being conducted by Jacobs Engineering Group at the former Chanute Air Force Base, Rantoul, IL. Project involved surveys of existing landfills, fire-training school burn sites, small-arms firing ranges and hand-grenade practice range.

Kirby Hospital Surveys
Boundary survey of 20 rural sites, varying in size from 2 acres to 200 acres in Piatt County, IL.

Ridgepointe Subdivision
Survey for 105-lot single-family and multi-family residential subdivision in Monticello, IL

ALTA Surveys
Market Place Shopping Center, Champaign, IL; Tuscola Outlet Shopping Center Mall, Tuscola, IL; AAA Engineering and Nextar, at various sites in Central Illinois.

Atkins Farm Surveys
Completed five rural farm boundary surveys, totaling 580 acres, in Champaign and Douglas counties.
